As private owners, we can offer great rates for 3 BR and 2 BR luxury villas for selected weeks during the year. Our available weeks and rates are listed below.

No charge for additional persons up to maximum room occupancy. (3BR - 8 persons; 2BR - 6 persons)
Resort check-out cleaning fee and extra housekeeping services ordered during the week to be paid by renters.

Making Reservations

Please select a week in the above chart and email us so we can confirm availability. In some cases, we may be able to secure a week not listed - let us know your desired week.

To secure a reservation, please send a 50% deposit for the designated week. The balance will be due 90 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel during a time period more than 60 days until your arrival, we will refund your payment. If it's within the 60 days until arrival, we will try to re-rent that week. If we are successful, we will refund, less $250. If we are unable to find a replacement renter at a similar rental rate, we are unable to refund.
